We have dealt with Sean (1 & 2) on several occasions. They were always helpful in solving all of our in a more than timely manner. We will continue to deal with any and all computer (PC and Mac) issues. My older model Dell computer had developed some issues over time and was extremely slow. I heard S & S Computer Solutions being advertised on KOKE-FM here in the Austin metro area, so I took my computer to S & S Computer Solutions.
I am very pleased with their service. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and my computer was up and running again in a short time frame. It now runs better than it has in a long, long time.
I highly recommend S & S Computer Solutions and when the time comes for me to purchase a new computer, I am going to consult with S & S Computer Solutions.

We had a HUGE problem last weekend, with our computer. I called S&S, Sean tried to help me over the phone, was unable to do so. He drove over to my home on Saturday afternoon and picked up the computer himself, by Monday mid-morning I had the computer back in my home in complete working order. THANK YOU, Sean and Richie! Chris and Sean were great. They took my computer which had been rendered virtually useless by malware and viruses and now it's running great. Chris and Sean were friendly and knowledgeable and their services were very affordable. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

These guys are great. They saw us with no notice on a Saturday afternoon, fixed the problem fast, offered great solutions to upgrade without trying to sell us on anything.
What they charged was so low that I am not going to mention it! If they don't start charging more they won't be around next time I need their help.
Overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Oh man. My laptop had a software issue that no amount of Googling could solve. Sean and the other techs took my issue as a personal challenge and kept it until the problem was completely resolved. They are amazing. I admire that they didn't give up on the problem until it was solved. Highly recommend!

I found S and S through yelp and I'm here to say that the high star rating is, indeed, correct! They took my computer right in one morning this week and by the end of the day, I was getting a call that it had been repaired! Their assessment was free and the cleaning up of my computer came to about $75. Every other company I contacted was at least $99 for just looking at it...
They were friendly, informative,efficient, and extremely fair!
If you don't have a "tech guy", I'd say try them out! I know that I'll be returning... Thanks S and S...

Took my XPS tower to S&S since it had been totally taken over by malware. They wiped it clean and now it's the screaming machine it used to be. Could not recommend them more highly. Great service and friendly folks.

I'd had a vendor back out on what to me was a major project of recabling our office network. From the moment I contacted S&S, it was a great experience. They did a thorough walk through of our facility, made suggestions, provided a professional and competitive quote and were terrific to work with. They left our suite clean and did a beautiful job with their work. I felt very confident that we were in good hands and I have not been disappointed. Their follow up is top-notch, too. When my computer crashed, along with every ounce of data on my hard drive AND my back up drive, I Sean dropped everything to immediately help me recover my client data from my broken hard drive. He took the time to walk me through the process, explained the likely cost and kept in touch with me each step of the way. He worked a miracle and managed to recover my ENTIRE computer from a dead hard drive. He completely saved me and then charged me less than his original quote. My PC refused to boot, and I lacked the necessary disk to correct the problem. Sean took care of that malfunction and thoroughly cleaned the innards of my tower. Then, after fixing numerous registry errors and testing the condition of my aging hard drive, he helped me purchase a new hard drive and took care of the installation. And, for all his work, he charged a nominal fee. I couldn't be more pleased. My computer, as of now, is running like a brand new machine.

After calling Geek Squad, Discount Electronics, and talking to some guys on Craigslist, I contacted S&S. Reason being - I spilled coffee on my laptop. I figured it was fried and that I was looking at a costly repair. I met Sean and he was able to diagnose the problem as a fried keyboard. He replaced it for CHEAP the same day. I have no complaints. Highly recommended!

I called and within 2 hours there was a very nice tech, Richy, at my home fixing my problem. I had asked them to come and fix a problem with my wireless printer. That problem was resolved in a matter of minutes and then I mentioned that my computer was running very slow. Richy took a look and fixed that too. We feel like we definitely got our money's worth. What a great service to the community. I highly recommend S and S and will call them again of I need computer repair.

I took my aging Dell desktop computer in when it locked up (Windows Vista sucks, by the way) and Sean ended up spending more time than we thought it would take trying to fix the problem. Undeterred by the various issues with my computer, he was able to diagnose the problem (a corrupted operating system) and fix it. He kept me updated the entire time and discussed several options with me along the way. I was worried about the cost given the number of man-hours he and his techs spent trying to figure it out but the final cost was extremely reasonable and was what we had initially discussed even before he knew how long it would take to fix. He backed up my data and stored it in case something was missing. He even followed up with me several days after the repair to make sure everything was okay.
Had I taken my system to Best Buy or most other computer repair places I'd be taking out a second mortgage to pay for the repair and I wouldn't feel the overall satisfaction I do knowing the job had been done right. I will take any and all of our computers to Sean for service and/or repair. I highly recommend S&S.
